    Upon arrival at the Village, visit the Concierge Services to collect:

  • Your €50 Gift Card,
    •       
  • Your Hands-Free Shopping registration email,

  • Your lunch voucher.

  • Gift Card: Valid only at La Vallée Village. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged or resold.
  • Hands-Free Shopping Service: Register at the Concierge Services. Show your registration confirmation in-store when making a purchase. Sales assistants will seal your purchases, which will then be collected by our Hands-Free Shopping team. Notify us 20 minutes before your departure by calling +33 (0)1 60 42 54 01, so we can prepare your bags. Collect your items at the Bus Drop-Off area by showing your registration confirmation.
  • Menu Palais Lunch: The voucher includes a 2-course lunch (starter + main or main + dessert) with one drink and a coffee/tea. Any additional items (courses, drinks) will be charged to you.
