Terms and Conditions for Qatar Airways customers
The following promotional offers have been arranged for the benefit of Qatar Airways customers only (“Customer”), and are provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to these offers are:
- Period of Promotion:
- The Bonus Miles Offer is available to Customers during the period 1 July – 31 August 2019 only.
- The Double Points Offer and the Triple Points Offer are available to Customers during the period 1 – 31 August 2019 only.
- Participating Villages
- The Bonus Miles Offer is available at Bicester Village, La Vallee Village, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, Kildare Village, Fidenza Village, Wertheim Village, Ingolstadt Village and Maasmechelen Village only (collectively the “Bonus Miles Villages” and individually a “Bonus Miles Village”).
- The Double Points Offer is available at Bicester Village, La Vallee Village, Las Rozas Village and La Roca Village only (collectively the “Double Points Villages” and individually a “Double Points Village”).
- The Triple Points Offer is available at Kildare Village, Fidenza Village, Wertheim Village, Ingolstadt Village and Maasmechelen Village only (collectively the “Triple Points Villages” and individually a “Triple Points Village”).
- Bonus Miles Offer:
- Customers who:
- have not previously redeemed Qmiles in a Bonus Miles Village; and
- present their Qmiles Privilege Club membership card together with their invitation to this Bonus Miles Offer and their receipts for Qualifying Purchases, (being goods (including food and beverages)) purchased by the Customer at a Bonus Miles Village;
shall, where such receipts for Qualifying Purchases amount collectively to a minimum of £500 or €500 be entitled to receive 1000 Qmiles, in addition to (x) the usual Qmiles awarded for every Euro or GB Pound spent; and (y) any Double Points Offer or Triple Points Offer that may be available to the Customer under the terms of these promotional offers.
- Claims for this Bonus Miles Offer can only be made on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made. No retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Bonus Miles Offer.
- Double Points Offer:
- Customers who present their Qmiles Privilege Club membership card together with their invitation to this Double Points Offer and their receipts for Qualifying Purchases, (being goods (including food and beverages)) purchased by a Customer at a Double Points Village shall be entitled to receive 2.5 Qmiles instead of the usual 1.25 Qmiles for every £1 or €1 spent.
- Claims for this Double Points Offer can only be made on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made. No retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Double Points Offer.
- This Double Points Offer is not available to Customers who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 6b below.
- Triple Points Offer:
- Customers who present their Qmiles Privilege Club membership card together with their invitation to this Triple Points Offer and their receipts for Qualifying Purchases, (being goods (including food and beverages)) purchased by a Customer at a Triple Points Village shall be entitled to receive 3.75 Qmiles instead of the usual 1.25 Qmiles for every £1 or €1 spent.
- Claims for this Triple Points Offer can only be made on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made. No retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Triple Points Offer.
- This Triple Points Offer is not available to Customers who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 6b below.
- General
- Customers acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Customer’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to enable these promotional offers to be redeemed for the benefit of the Customer and for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Customer’s spend at the Participating Villages too assess whether certain annual spend thresholds have been met (see paragraphs 6b below). - Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Customers in Participating Villages which is redeemed for Qmiles. Where a Customer has applied for Qmiles and, at any point within a calendar year, the Customer’s collective annual spend at Participating Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Qmiles is equal to or exceeds £30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Qmiles will be awarded for that Customer for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of 1.25 Qmiles for every £5 or €5 spent.Double Miles Offers and Triple Miles Offers will not be available to Customers who have exceeded the Annual Threshold.
- Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Qmiles under the Bonus Miles Offer, the Double Miles Offer or the Triple Miles Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
- The right to benefit from this promotional offer is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.
- This promotional offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with this offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes.
- The benefits granted by this promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotional offer for any reason at any time.
- Value Retail will not be liable to the Customer for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the promotional offer, or any failure or inability of the Customer to take advantage of this promotional offer.
